 ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF REGISTRATION
 
1. FAX
Complete the Exhibitor Personnel Registration form, located in the Exhibitor Prospectus online under “General Information”, and fax to (508) 759-4552 by the June 4, 2008 deadline. Any personnel names received prior to June 4 will be mailed to the exhibitor contact. Any additions made after the deadline should be done on-line. CDS will not accept badge requests after June 4 . All additions/edits must be handled at the Exhibitor Registration counter located in the Convention Center.
 
2. MAIL
Complete the Exhibitor Personnel Registration form, located online at: www.nova.edu/ncri/11icrs/ , on the left hand side click “Exhibits” then scroll down to the “Exhibitor Badges”. Attach your typewritten list, and mail to:

Any personnel names received prior to June 4 will be mailed to the exhibitor contact. (Canadian and Overseas companies' badges will be available for pick up on-site). Any additions made after the deadline should be done on-line and must be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter located in the Convention Center.

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 
WHAT IS THE EXHIBITOR BADGE?
For each specific name submitted for exhibitor registration prior to June 4, you will receive a printed name badge in the mail. Exhibitors are granted access to the exhibit floor during Set-Up/Tear-Down as well as one hour before the exhibits open and one hour after the exhibits close on exhibit dates. Exhibitor Badges are STRICTLY for exhibitor personnel working in your company's booth. For security purposes, these badges are NOT to be used for friends, clients, etc.
 
HOW MANY EXHIBITOR BADGES IS MY COMPANY ALLOTTED?
Every exhibiting company is allotted six (6) badges per 10' x 10' booth. To facilitate the rotation of company personnel, the badge of a departing representative may be turned in at the Exhibitor Registration Help Desk and a new badge will be issued for his/her replacement.
 
DO EXHIBITOR BADGES ALLOW ACCESS TO SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS?
No. Attending a scientific sessions is only permitted by paying the full registration fee. An early registration form can be found online at www.nova.edu/ncri/11icrs .
 
WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW ALL THE NAMES OF THE INDIVIDUALS WORKING IN MY BOOTH BY THE JUNE 4 DEADLINE?
If you would like to make additions to your exhibitor list after the June 4 deadline, you may do so on-line. On-Line Exhibitor Registration will remain open until June 30, 2008 after which all registrations MUST be completed on-site. All additions must be picked up at the Exhibitor Registration counter located at the Convention Center. Upon receipt of your badges, please verify for accuracy. Should edits need to be made, you must do so on-site at the Exhibitor Registration counter .
