This is a Trade only event. This show is NOT open to the public.
Variety Merchandise is a business to business marketplace that brings hundreds of variety, general merchandisers, wholesalers, importers, and manufacturers in the country together.
This provides you one stop shopping to restock your store shelves.

How can I register?

What is the cost?
There is no cost to attend as a qualified Buyer if you register before August 10. All registration taken onsite will be $10. This is new starting August 2008
What are the Attendee requirements?
When registering online
or by fax you must provide a business license/Sales tax ID# during registering.
Credentials will be verified onsite. Please provide 2 of the following:
- Business License or Tax ID #
- Business Card
- Resale certificate
- Company check or Company credit card.
How will I know I am registered?
Once you register online or by fax an immediate email confirmation will be sent to your email address provided.

Do I need to register for each ASD/AMD event during the year?

for updates regarding registration information.
When will I receive my badge?
Badges are mailed to all buyers who have registered prior to the registration deadlines.
International registrations must be completed by June 20th.
Domestic registrations by July 27th.
Retailer/buyers who register after the deadline may pick up their badges and badge holders at any Show Registration Desk.
If you should lose your badge prior to the show, or forget to bring it with you, there is no charge to replace it. Just go to any Registration Desk with a copy of your business card and you will be issued a duplicate.

Show floor restrictions
- Photography is not allowed on the show floors without Press Credentials.
- No retail Sales are permitted.
- No wheeled luggage carriers, dollies or handcarts are permitted on the show floor during show hours.
- No one under 18 is admitted (including infants)
- No smoking permitted on the show floor.
What does ASD/AMD stand for?
The original designation was for "Associated Surplus Dealers" and "Associated Merchandise Dealers."
